Orders are confirmed after contacting the customer and verifying availability
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of unavailability, or an error in price or description
Wholesale orders are subject to special terms and pricing agreed upon directly

3. Pricing

All displayed prices are subject to change without prior notice, and may or may not include shipping fees as indicated at checkout.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods available and displayed at checkout (cash on delivery / bank transfer / card payments, depending on availability).

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by area
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete address to avoid delays or delivery errors

6. Exchange & Returns

Products may be exchanged in case of a manufacturing defect or an order error, within a specified period from receipt (e.g., 3–7 days)
Cosmetics and skincare products cannot be returned once opened or used, for health and quality reasons
The product must be in its original condition, with the invoice included
